Metric
Select either 'Duration', showing the duration that an issue, or grouping of issues, spent in the activity or 'Count' to show the number of times an issue, or grouping of issues, transitioned to an activity
Aggregation
Only applies if grouping is active and specifies how the Duration will be aggregated (if the Duration metric is selected
Duration Format
The format of the duration to be displayed
Colors
If checked, each activity column will be color coded from red to green based on the duration length, red indicating the longest duration
End Activity
Specify the activity that represents the final activity in the workflow associated with the Process Model
Columns

Columns consist of the issue attributes and each activity in the process model. These can be selected/deselected using the Columns filter, available on the right of the data grid.
