Calendars

By default, the duration between events is calculated based on a 24*7, 365 days a year calendar i.e. the actual duration.   Business Calendars can be created and assigned to a Workflow Model to ensure the duration between events is based on the actual working defined business hours.

Note that multiple time slots can be created per day.  Adding a holiday will exclude the entire day from duration calculations
