Administrator Settings

By default, members of the jira-administrators, site-admins and system-administrators groups have access to the ‘Settings’ options.

The ‘Everyone can Access’ option defaults to True.   This can be changed and selected groups can be granted access to use the Workflow Optimizer.

The ‘External Save’ option, if set to true will allow the generated event log to be saved to a secure, encrypted regional database.   This will save re-processing of the history everytime the process model is opened.
