Control Panels

The control panels are on the right side of the Process Miner component and comprise of a Slicer to control what variants are displayed, Filters to refine the events and issues within the Workflow Model, Discovery to automatically find variants, steps or issues with certain characteristics, and Settings to control the display of the Process Miner visual

Resizing

The workflow diagram can be resized by using the mouse scroll button or the Ctrl +/- keys

Tooltips

Tooltips are available for both activities and steps and display the associated metrics, Hover the mouse over a step or activity to access the tooltip details

The metrics displayed in the Activity and Step tooltips can be changed in the Settings pane. Refer Process Optimizer - Control Panels - Settings

Context Menus

Context menus are available and specific to the background, a step or an activity. They are accessed by the right-mouse click button
